Because when you're shooting with a Sony A7S ii for a few hours at -37°, that had better be your attitude. But her days, now, are sadly numbered.

Last night there was every anticipation of a spectacular substorm brewing. Perfect conditions - our solar wind speed over 700km/second and a good south field for much of the night. It was just a matter of time. And a touch before 1a, we got her. With our eyes, anyway, because a certain camera was too cold by the end of things to continue on, but on a night like this, a camera will never do her justice anyway.
