When we have cloudy skies, I usually try to be pretty neutral to guests about the weather, and let them make a decision purely for themselves.

Last night, I could feel myself being a little less neutral than usual.
I was really kind of gently being encouraging for them to still go. Maybe it was a little intuition, but whatever you want to call it, it was the right decision. We arrived at very, very brief clear skies just in time to see the aurora dancing so fast in vibrant pinks, purples and greens straight overhead, and still after, getting in another good hour or so.
